This will be a Supervisor position and may require you to fill in as needed, including days, evenings, nights and weekends. This person will be involved in Supervising employees and will need to learn the company's technology systems. This person will be in charge of managing a schedule and making sure that shifts are filled and have foreward looking insight to schedule changes and needs. Position Summary: A Signal Advanced Patrol Officer will conduct patrols, (foot and vehicle) for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas to ensure all required access points are properly secured and to ensure protection of property and residents with a high degree of attentiveness to details and safety. In this position, the Advanced Patrol Officer may need to train and mentor new and existing team members. All duties listed below are minimum requirements – additional duties listed in the site's Post Orders are requirements as well.Soft Skills: Visioning: Understanding the big picture and requirements necessary to deliver services that reflect company values, goals, and purpose. Can you manage your time on property which equates with meeting the company benchmark?Team Development: Communicate with Clients, team members and management effectively and in a timely manner, receiving and relaying feedback and executing follow up as needed. Can you work cohesively with a team, delivering on key objectives?Project Management: Complete understanding and execution of daily tasks and efficiently delivering services that meet the needs of the business. Can you complete your daily assigned tasks and communicate maintenance needs of company assets? Responsibilities: Will conduct and deliver mobile security services that reflect the company's values, expectations.Will write detailed and accurate reports for each patrol that serves Client needs and concerns.Promptly report any Client related information to the Branch Supervisor.Responsible for the care of vehicle assigned during shift including fueling, washing, and inspecting.Manage daily activities while meeting key benchmarks and expectations set by management team such as time on property, patrol completion, and task execution.Communicate with the Branch Supervisor to receive and disseminate information through daily huddles, such as the Client needs through post orders to ensure operational excellence and efficiency. Requirements: 21 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GEDPass background check and drug testMust have valid driver's license and good driving recordMust have reliable transportationComplete training modules within first monthExcellent organization, oral, and written communication skills Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all timesMust be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds ?Signal is an equal opportunity employer.
