MFA Consulting - Medical Facilities of America is currently recruiting for a Regional Director of Clinical Services to support skilled nursing facilities in the greater Richmond area. The Regional Director of Clinical Services assesses, plans, evaluates, advises, and recommends actions to be taken to ensure the highest practicable level of outcome of patient care. They will facilitate implementation of and ensures compliance with all MFA clinical programs. Additional responsibilities include:Assisting center management with the development of action plans following audits and monitors action plan follow-ups.Assisting and planning training for the clinical services department and in the centers when indicated.Preparing reports including progress, center visits, and areas of concentration as requested.Collaborating in the overall planning, evaluating, and initiation of policies and procedures.Assisting corporate management in formulating policies governing nursing services.Assisting the centers’ administrative staff with survey management and developing plans of correction.Qualifications include but are not limited to:Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.Current license in the state of Virginia to practice as RN. BSN preferred.Minimum five years’ experience in the areas of Nursing Administration and education.Experience in post-acute, geriatric and rehabilitation setting.Ability to travel with overnight travel required.Our Benefits Include:Health, dental, vision and life insurance.
