- Provide Friendly & Efficient Service: Be the go-to person for customers, answering inquiries and offering solutions based on individual client needs, assisting with policy renewals and updates, and solving problems in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. Your goal is to make the customer's experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.
- Support & Educate Customers: Help clients understand their insurance policies, coverage options, and how to make the most of their benefits. Provide clear explanations and guidance, empowering customers to make informed decisions.
- Handle Claims & Adjustments: Assist customers through the claims process, ensuring quick resolution of issues and forwarding information to appropriate departments, ensuring the best service possible.
- Collaborate in a Team-Oriented Environment: Work closely with your team and other departments (underwriting, claims, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly.
- Build Relationships & Retain Clients: Develop strong relationships with customers, offering personalized services to foster loyalty and increase client retention.

Requirement

- Experience in Customer Service: While prior experience in insurance is a plus, we are also open to candidates with a strong background in customer service, retail, or hospitality who are eager to learn about insurance.

- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: You'll have the chance to use your creative thinking to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, so being comfortable with problem-solving is a must.
