Job Description Senior Real Estate Account Executive - Must have P&C License and currently in the Insurance Industry Job Overview: The Senior Real Estate Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, overseeing complex real estate transactions, and driving revenue growth for the organization. This individual will work closely with the sales, marketing, and real estate teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and the successful execution of real estate projects. The Senior Account Executive will leverage their expertise in the real estate industry to identify opportunities, solve client challenges, and provide exceptional service. Salary: $120,000-$150,000 annually Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, developers, and corporate accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring effective communication and addressing client needs. Provide strategic advice and solutions on real estate investments, acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects. Maintain an in-depth understanding of clients’ business goals and real estate portfolios to offer customized solutions. Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector. Drive the acquisition of new clients, as well as the expansion of existing accounts. Present and sell real estate services or products to potential clients, including office, retail, industrial, and residential properties. Negotiate and close high-value real estate deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company. Project & Account Management: Oversee the execution of real estate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, marketing) to facilitate the smooth operation of real estate transactions and service delivery. Regularly update clients on project status, market trends, and any changes or challenges. Market Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand current trends and opportunities within the real estate sector. Develop strategies to address market challenges, identify new opportunities, and improve account profitability. Advise clients on real estate market conditions, investment strategies, and risk management. Reporting & Performance Metrics: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client meetings, and project progress. Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, client engagement, and market trends to senior management. Meet or exceed sales targets and other key performance metrics as established by the company. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales, account management, or business development. Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and closing complex real estate transactions. Extensive knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and investment strategies. Skills & Abilities: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage and grow relationships with senior-level clients. Proficient in financial analysis, including understanding investment metrics, ROI, and real estate valuation. Ability to analyze complex real estate deals and craft effective solutions for clients. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in real estate software (e.g., CRM tools, project management software) and Microsoft Office Suite. Licensing/Certifications: Licensed real estate agent or broker (depending on jurisdiction). Certifications such as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) can be advantageous. #LI-JL1
