What You'll Do: + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies. + Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and/or credentials of individuals entering the premises. + Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner. + Assist with emergency response activities according to site protocols, including communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed. + Maintain detailed logs and reports of security-related activities and incidents occurring at the front desk. + Answer and direct incoming calls and/or inquiries, providing information and assistance as appropriate. + Assist with deliveries and visitor management processes, following established procedures for receiving and documenting packages and guests. + Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior through visible presence and professional conduct at the front desk. Minimum Requirements: + At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. + Must be at least 21 years of age. + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. + A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
