OverviewLiberty National Golf Club is seeking an energetic and dependable Class A Professional to help oversee the daily flow of the outside golf operation from April 1st through October 31st. This entry-level, hands-on leadership role will work closely with the professional staff to ensure all aspects of the member and guest experience — from arrival to departure — are executed at the highest level.Experience RequiredClass A PGA Professional Passion for golf and hospitality with a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in outside operations at a private club preferred but not required. Reliable, professional, and comfortable leading a small team. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Essential Responsibilities Serve as a shift manager for the outside golf operation, overseeing staff and daily setup/close. Coordinate and maintain the driving range, bag room, and cart staging areas. Ensure smooth organization of play and communication between the golf shop, caddies, and members. Uphold the club’s service standards and provide a welcoming experience for all guests. Assist with daily opening and closing procedures for the outside operation. Maintain a clean and organized work environment across all golf service areas. Support tournament operations, outings, and special events as needed. Benefits $1,100/week for approximately 32 weeks plus gratuities. Uniforms, meals, and playing privileges included.
