Associate Attorney (General Liability/Professional Liability) - Hybrid Position in Los Angeles, CAPremier law firm is currently looking to hire an Associate Attorney to join their general liability and professional liability practice in their down-town Los Angeles location. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in general liability and/or professional liability. Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills, along with significant expertise in discovery and law and motion practice, are essential. Candidates interested in exploring this exciting opportunity are encouraged to reach out todayResponsibilities The Associate Attorney will collaborate with clients to identify optimal legal conflict resolutions and strategies.They will attend court hearings and legal proceedings, conduct legal research, and work closely with senior attorneys to provide legal counsel.Preparing various legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and legal proceedings.Maintain open communication with partners, associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management.Organize case files to ensure easy accessibility for fellow attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Qualifications Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are essential for effective collaboration with staff and clients at all levels.Ability to work harmoniously with partners and fellow attorneys to effectively serve client needs and contribute to the growth of the client base.Minimum 3 years of general liability and/or professional liability experience Active membership in good standing with the American Bar Association (ABA).Successful completion of the bar exam is a prerequisite.Possession of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school is mandatory.
