Collaborative and positive team culture Responsibilities Revolution is now hiring for a Lead Operator for our Reprocessing Department position in Mesquite, TX. This role will be responsible for learning the basic operations of production department(s) in processing materials or manufacturing products in industrial organization. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. Assume responsibility for the finished product. Fill in on any line as Repro attendant as required.  Read and understand production orders in English. Document quality checks on time verifying correct count and label. Must be willing and able to guide, teach, and direct co-workers that are assigned to assist you on any given machine. Know packing materials and procedures. Learn how to thread up all lines. Distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable quality standards. Assists in taking line down and putting back up. Assists in changing screens and clean dies. Keep work area clean and organized. Take line down and put it back up. All other duties assigned by Supervisor. Qualifications Must be able to work 6:50 pm to 7:00 am on a rotating schedule.  Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred. Periodically lift and carry up to 60 lbs.  Must be able to stand 12 hours.  Bilingual preferred but not required (English/Spanish). # ABOUT REVOLUTION It’s time to redefine possible.
