As we expand our operations, we're seeking an experienced HYDROBLAST FIELD SUPERVISOR to join our team in St. Paul, MN OVERVIEWThe Hydro Blast Field Supervisor will lead and manage multiple hydro blasting crews in performing high-pressure water blasting, cutting, and industrial cleaning services. This role requires extensive hands-on experience in hydro blasting operations, crew management, and equipment operation. The supervisor will ensure safe and effective completion of projects at industrial facilities while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. This position involves supervising the operation and offloading of high-pressure water blasting pumps and coordinating complex multi-crew operations.DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIESLead and supervise multiple hydro blasting crews, providing coaching, development, and training for all team members in accordance with company and client policiesOversee crew performance, attendance, and adherence to safety protocols and proceduresEnsure proper operation of all high-pressure water blasting equipment and enforce OSHA safety guidelines and company policiesDemonstrate expert knowledge of hydro blasting pumps including 10K, 20K, and 40K PSI systemsManage the setup, operation, and offloading of high-pressure water blasting equipmentCoordinate hydro cutting operations and specialized cleaning projectsOversee vacuum services and liquid waste management operationsPlan and execute equipment load-outs for hydro blasting jobs, ensuring all necessary equipment is available for safe and effective project completionConduct thorough pre-job inspections of work sites and equipment before commencing operationsComplete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all required safety documentationMaintain regular communication and provide project updates to clientsSupervise equipment maintenance activities including servicing, greasing, and general upkeepEnsure proper cleaning and maintenance of company equipment including pressure washing and cab cleaningMaintain clean and organized work areas and job sitesCoordinate equipment returns and PPE management between jobsQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 3 years of hydro blasting crew supervision experience requiredExtensive experience in high-pressure water blasting operations, hydro cutting, and equipment offloadingProven track record managing hydro blasting crews in industrial settingsStrong leadership and communication skills for both internal team management and external client relationsKnowledge of hydro blasting equipment, safety procedures, and industry best practicesValid driver's license with clean driving record (CDL highly preferred but not required)Ability to travel for out-of-town projectsExperience working at industrial facilities and refineriesFlexibility to work various shifts and be available for emergency responseWillingness to work weekends and extended hours as neededAbility to work 12-16 hour shifts in both indoor and outdoor environments as needed PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSPhysically capable of performing all assigned duties and responsibilitiesAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularlyPhysical ability to climb, balance, bend, stoop, and kneel as required for job tasksStamina to work long shifts in various weather conditions and industrial environmentsBENEFITSComprehensive Benefits Package to include Medical, Dental, Vision, STD & LTD, 401K, Paid Holidays & PTOPrevailing wage opportunities on applicable projectsOpportunities for professional development and advancement***check us out online at Job Posted by ApplicantPro
