With a client-focused approach, we also provide online training and job placements, ensuring long-term IT success.Job PurposeThe core mission of this role is to lead the architecture, development, and implementation of advanced AI/ML solutions—particularly in Generative AI and Agentic AI systems. You will guide technical teams, design end-to-end system architectures, and ensure that AI models and platforms are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals. This position blends hands-on engineering with solution leadership, working closely with stakeholders, engineers, and product teams.RequirementsKey Responsibilities AI/ML Solution Design: Define and architect enterprise-grade AI/ML systems with a focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks. Hands-on AI Engineering: Lead the development, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of machine learning and large language model solutions. End-to-End Architecture Ownership: Create robust architectures covering data pipelines, model operations, ML infrastructure, and integration patterns. Technical Leadership: Mentor engineering teams, establish best practices, and guide development activities throughout the project lifecycle. Model Evaluation & Validation: Design evaluation strategies to benchmark model quality, safety, performance, and reliability. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with data engineers, software developers, product teams, and stakeholders to align AI capabilities with business objectives. Innovation & R&D: Identify emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into architecture strategies and solution designs. Required Skills & Experience Strong background in AI/ML engineering with hands-on experience building production-scale models and applications. Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI systems, and modern ML frameworks. Proven ability to architect and deliver scalable AI platforms, including data pipelines, model serving, and MLOps practices. Experience evaluating model performance, safety, and optimization techniques. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive technical direction and mentor engineering teams. Ability to translate business needs into technical designs and actionable development plans.
