AI/ML Tech Lead / Architect - Gen AI & Agentic AI) Base pay range: $80.00/hr - $85.00/hr Job Summary Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated AI/ML Manager - (Healthcare, Data governance, Data integration, end-to-end process ownership) to join their dynamic and growing team. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply Location: Telecommute. Job type: Contract. Salary: $80 - 85 per hour. Responsibilities Use AI to identify and address operational issues, anticipate downstream impacts, and support the organization's 2026 vision for expansion into Core and Provider domains. Guide and mentor data analysts and senior data analysts, translating business needs into technical requirements. Lead data?driven decision making and operational efficiency improvements using advanced analytics and AI/ML. Ensure robust data governance, integration, and end?to?end process ownership. Collaborate with cross?functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and change leadership. Monitor project milestones, proactively resolve issues, and elevate risks as needed. Technical Skills Required Advanced proficiency with analytics tools and platforms (SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in operational efficiency and data?driven decision making. Expertise in data governance, data integration, and end?to?end process ownership. Preferred Experience Experience supporting strategic transformation in healthcare or payer/provider technology. Proven track record of leading AI initiatives and cross?functional teams. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non?technical stakeholders.
