We're seeking a Broker Relations Representative to join their dynamic team in Houston, TX.If you're passionate about helping others, have a background in healthcare customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-centered environment - this is the opportunity for you What You'll Be Doing: Support Broker Relations staff with daily tasks, data entry, and general office coordinationAnswer inbound and outbound broker calls professionally and efficientlyAssist with Accounts Payable/Receivable and light bookkeepingOrganize and maintain filing systems; order supplies; greet visitorsTake detailed meeting notes and assist with creating documentation and proceduresHelp prepare reports and technical manualsShadow team members to build knowledge in the Broker Relations field What We're Looking For: Customer service experience in a healthcare setting - RequiredExperience with Accounts Payable/Receivable or basic bookkeepingStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and familiarity with MS AccessDetail-oriented and organized with solid administrative skillsLife Insurance License - Preferred Position Details: Starting Pay Rate: $18.00/ hour + Full Benefits (based on experience)Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PMBenefits: Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, and more Join a mission-driven organization that values excellence, compassion, and innovation.
