Broker Relations Analyst

This role will manage and nurture relationships with commercial insurance brokers who align with our core programs. Responsibilities Act as an account manager and key contact for the commercial insurance brokers on the Covenant platform Ensure high-quality, consistent touchpoints with broker clients, acting as their advocate within the organization and communicating their needs to Covenant leadership Maintain a working knowledge of Covenant’s products to effectively address broker inquiries and provide guidance Monitor broker performance to lead data-driven conversations with them Assist in identifying, screening, and qualifying prospective broker leads to support business development efforts Participate in onboarding new brokers to the Covenant platform and contribute to the creation and improvement of training materials and content Maintain clean and accurate CRM records while using the system to track external broker communications and engagement history Coordinate logistics of broker-facing events, including regional meetings and industry conferences, to strengthen broker relationships and drive engagement Participate in the design and implementation of targeted outbound marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team Position Accountabilities Identify broker partnerships needed for submission flow Provide general product and technical support to brokers Ensure a check-in conversation is held with each Covenant broker group biannually Consistently educate brokers on the value of our products and services Regularly submit observed market trends to Broker Relations leadership Monitor and analyze broker performance and engagement to prompt outreach Maintain CRM hygiene Client Service Ownership Organization Data Driven Vision Communication Qualifications Degree from a 4-year university required Ability to work in-person at our office in downtown Houston Up to 25% travel for broker office visits Experience interfacing with clients or prospects Utilizing sales psychology to improve business Ability to work autonomously within a team structure Interest in learning and adapting throughout the lifecycles of the role Interest in learning about our programs and contributing to our growth Hybrid remote working arrangement (two days/week remote) Five weeks of paid time-off (annually) Casually professional environment and dress code 401k match program Parental leave (8 weeks, paid) Being part of a growing company and team culture Employee development plan and support Supervision Structure Reports directly to Broker Relations Senior Analyst Part of the Broker Relations team, in the Sales division Compensation Annual Base Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 Team-based bonus contingent on production (twice annually) 401k match program Five weeks of paid time-off + 9 company holidays (annually) Covenant Underwriters is an equal opportunity workplace.
