This role involves coordinating project activities, managing timelines and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Manager plays a critical role in driving project success by ensuring execution excellence, mitigating risks, and maintaining stakeholder alignment. Responsibilities Project Planning & GovernanceDefine project scope, success criteria, timelines and resources in alignment with organizational priorities; Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Establish project cadences, executive readouts, and change control; manage risks and implement corrective actions.Document workflows, requirements, test plans, and lessons learned to improve future execution.Vendor & Systems ManagementCoordinate vendor-supported system backlogs, releases, and integrations; run UAT and cutovers with business owners; organize hypercare and post-mortemsFacilitate prioritization of system/EMR change requests in alignment with project roadmapsConduct root-cause reviews on issues that impact project outcomes; capture actions into release plans and playbooks.Translate technical requirements for non-technical leaders; align vendors, internal teams, and sponsors; keep status, risks, and decisions visibleLead vendor development call preparation (clear requirements, visuals) and escalation paths for project-related items; integrate incident learnings into project plans (not day-to-day break/fix ownership).IT Infrastructure & Security ProjectsPlan and deliver infrastructure projects (networking, servers, cloud, storage, virtualization) and security initiatives (least-privilege, identity governance, logging/audit).Coordinate environments, release windows, and change/adoption plans with IT and business stakeholders.Continuous ImprovementApply PM best practices to streamline execution; promote improvements that enhance efficiency across technical and business teams.
