A well-established and fast-growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, engineered-to-order (ETO) projects from kickoff through delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly agile, team-oriented environment where youll have direct impact on customer satisfaction, project outcomes, and company success. Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr What Youll Do Develop and manage full project plans, schedules, and deliverables Coordinate daily with engineering, production, procurement, quality, and sales Attend and actively contribute to daily production meetings Lead cross-functional project reviews and provide clear status updates Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle Manage scope changes, risks, and issues Ensure quality, compliance, and on-time delivery Conduct project closeout evaluations What You Bring Bachelors degree in engineering, business, construction management, or a technical field 37 years of experience as a Project Manager Hands-on experience in a factory/manufacturing environment Experience with electrical distribution equipment (switchgear, transformers, drives, motors, etc.) highly preferred Strong computer and data analysis skills (Excel proficiency required) ERP system experience Experience working directly with customers PMP or CAPM certification Experience with electrical distribution equipment Power BI experience Familiarity with custom PM software/tools Why This Opportunity Stands Out Stable yet fast-growing manufacturing company Highly collaborative and agile culture Direct influence on project outcomes and customer experience Strong industry reputation with decades of success Exposure to innovative power distribution technologies Clear growth opportunities within a national organization Compensation & Schedule Salary: $100,000$130,000 + 10% bonus Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Project Management and Engineering Industries Electrical Equipment Manufacturing, Industrial Machinery Manufacturing, and Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr
