Key Responsibilities: Conduct and analyze laboratory tests on blood, body fluids, and tissue samples Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results Follow established safety and quality control protocols Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff Responsible for Type and Crossmatch, Complex Antibody Panels, Antigen testing, Direct Antiglobulin testing, Fetal Screens, Cord Blood workups, and Transfusion Reaction Investigations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field. Current certification/licensure as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP or equivalent preferred).
