If you have a passion for leading teams, delivering excellent customer service, and making sure everything runs smoothly, we want to hear from youAs Assistant General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to ensure goals are met while fostering a positive workplace culture. Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient service delivery. Lead by example and support the development of your team. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Collaborate with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to achieve business goals. Qualifications:Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Willingness to accept a General Manager position if a position becomes available in a reasonable distance. Previous restaurant management experience or experience in a similar role is a plus. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings.
