We are inviting you to apply for Chef de Partie / BOH Supervisor . In this position, your primary responsibilities include assisting, and overseeing the preparation of food items for the restaurant’s meals, while following recipes, portioning, cooking and presentation quality standards. Additionally, show mastery of knowledge and skill in all stations in the concessions Kitchen, as well as training team members in standard operating procedures in the kitchen. We do require that you have background, consisting of 1+ years of related progressive experiences in a hotel restaurant / food outlet or related field.
