Job DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our patient care team. This role is one of the first points of contact for patients, helping ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process while delivering exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet, check in, and check out patients with professionalism and accuracySchedule appointments and update patient profile informationVerify insurance using phone or online tools and collect copaysAnswer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriatelyMaintain patient confidentiality and ensure all documentation is completePrepare and print forms needed for patient visitsAssist with follow-up appointments and referral schedulingMaintain a clean, organized reception areaRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMediClear Certification or equivalent HIPAA certification requiredMinimum 1 year experience in a medical office, clinic, or similar patient-facing environmentStrong customer service mindset and ability to stay calm under pressureAbility to multitask and handle a steady flow of patientsFluent in spoken and written EnglishRequirementsAssistant
