OverviewThe Account Executive at The Giving Block is a key role exclusively focused on generating new business and acquiring new clients (nonprofit organizations) for our cryptocurrency, stock donations, and Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) services. This role demands a highly motivated and skilled closer with a proven track record in sales, particularly in consistently meeting and exceeding targets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of activity, exceptional sales management skills, and the ability to effectively identify and secure new business opportunities in the digital asset donation space.Essential Functions New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and secure new clients, focusing exclusively on expanding our client base with new logos.Sales Excellence and Closing Skills: Demonstrate exceptional sales abilities with a strong emphasis on closing deals. Utilize persuasive communication and negotiation skills to convert prospects into active clients.High Activity and Target Achievement: Maintain a high level of sales activity and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Implement aggressive outreach and follow-up strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of potential clients.Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify untapped opportunities. Develop and execute effective strategies tailored to acquiring new clients in the nonprofit sector.Innovative Solution Selling: Excel in selling SaaS solutions through understanding client needs and effectively communicating the unique value proposition of our services. Focus on consultative sales techniques to address specific challenges faced by clients in the nonprofit sector, positioning The Giving Block's offerings as essential tools for their success. Responsibilities: Spearhead efforts to acquire new clients, focusing solely on bringing new logos to The Giving Block.Employ aggressive sales tactics and strategies to ensure a high conversion rate from prospecting to closing deals.Regularly track and report on sales activities and progress towards targets, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.Engage in high-level networking and relationship building to establish a strong presence in relevant markets.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and maximize lead generation efforts. Qualifications: Proven experience as a closer in sales, with a focus on new business acquisition.Strong understanding of the nonprofit sector and/or financial services, with a preference for knowledge in digital assets.Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
