We promote internally whenever possible and provide frequent training opportunities in several formats to help you meet your personal and career goals.Key Responsibilities:Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Monitor daily email invoice in-box Manage workload for staff by ensuring workload is covered for all staff when there is time off takenCross train team members when necessaryEnsure invoices are scanned and / or processed timelySupervise staff to ensure timely of invoice postingProvide statistical numbers to management on a weekly basis as requiredIdentify process and or system issues and bring to the attention of managementMonitor daily incoming company invoices from vendorsTrack employee time, approve time cardsWork with other areas of the IPC to ensure the processes are effective and all are working as a teamWork satisfactorily with internal and external customersConsistently work towards meeting the IPC promise that all invoices are processed with 48 hoursNotify management if invoice processing falls or is beginning to fall behindManage additions / changes to Vendor Master and ensure all are completed timelyEnsure all expense reports are entered timelyDevelops monitoring KPIs to drive continual department efficiencies.Manage invoice scanning and notify management if there are technical issuesDetermine root causes of late or missing invoicesEnsure all incoming mail is scanned, processed timely every dayQualifications: 5 years of large company, high volume Accounts Payable experience ERP experience required; SAP experience preferred 3 years Supervisory experience General ledger experience Ten Key by touch Proficient in Excel Must be a team player Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, detail, and analytical skillsPreferred qualifications:
