Residential Leasing AgentLeasing Consultant/Agent A leasing consultant is the primary ambassador between the public, the residents of the apartment community and community management. This individual is responsible for providing exceptional service to community residents, future residents and internal team members. They must provide the community with value and quality by assessing the needs of their client.RESPONSIBILITIESProcess and Review applications for new rentalPrepare lease paperwork for Move –InsReview existing leasesConduct tours of available apartmentsProcess requests by tenants and maintenance staffAssist in coordinating resident activitiesQUALIFICATIONS: Experience with AMSI, YARDI and/or Rent RollExperience with Rent Control Properties (Section 8, HUD, Tax Credit, etc) a PLUSExcellent sales and customer service skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; Highly detail-orientedProficient on Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong customer service focus for both internal and external customers Must have or be willing to take CA Fair Housing Act training course and obtain a certification of completion with passing score 80% or higher.
