Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team in the title insurance industry. The BDR will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, builders, and other referral sources, and driving revenue growth through the promotion of our title and escrow services. Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to grow market share in assigned territories.Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, attorneys, builders, and other referral partners.Actively promote the company's title insurance and escrow services through in-person meetings, presentations, networking events, and industry functions.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.Collaborate with escrow officers and internal teams to ensure superior client service and successful closings.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities through CRM tools.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market.Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in title insurance, real estate, mortgage, or related industries.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Strong existing relationships within the real estate, mortgage, or legal communities preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media for business development.Knowledge of title insurance processes and terminology is a plus.
