Manage 3 teams across staggered shifts 6am - 10pm This candidate must be available to work 2 weekends of each month and be flexible on start and finish times within 6am - 10pm Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain processes. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment to meet customer expectations. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability. Lead and mentor the logistics team to achieve operational excellence. Analyse and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Collaborate with other departments to align fulfilment operations with overall business goals. The Successful ApplicantA successful Operations Manager should have: Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management within the retail industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Sound knowledge of fulfilment processes and inventory management systems.
