Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to support daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling. This role requires hands-on warehouse experience, regular lifting up to 50 lbs, and operation of pallet jacks and forklifts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Load and unload tractor trailers, regularly lifting up to 50 pounds
- Move materials using manual pallet jacks and powered forklifts (walkie)
- Scan and receive products using RF scanners or PC systems
- Track, log, verify, and report inventory using computer systems
- Process outbound shipments using FedEx and UPS online systems
- Operate powered material-handling equipment after certification
- Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
- 1+ year of warehouse experience
- Experience operating electric pallet jack (walkie) and/or forklift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and grasp repeatedly during an 8-hour shift
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Oracle
- Forklift certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
