Junior Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Development Coordinator to support the growth and client engagement efforts of our PBM business. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to learn about business development, healthcare partnerships, and pharmacy benefit management. The coordinator will assist with lead generation, proposal development, sales operations, and client relationship management, all while working closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in identifying and researching potential new business opportunities, including prospects in the PBM, healthcare, and employer markets.Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.Manage and update client and prospect information in the CRM system.Help track and report on business development metrics, including lead progress and pipeline activity.Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and potential partners.Coordinate internal communications and scheduling related to client meetings and follow-ups.Provide administrative and logistical support to the Business Development team.Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client communication.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).0-2 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or customer relations (internship experience welcome).Interest in learning about pharmacy benefits, healthcare operations, and managed care.Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing organization.No travel required.Why Join UsThis role offers the opportunity to develop foundational business development skills and gain exposure to the PBM and healthcare industries.
