If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now. We are currently seeking a OpenShift Site Reliability Engineer - Hybrid to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). This particular role will be worked on-site as a Hybrid role 3 days per week in Irving, TX Responsibilities:Design reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support and facilitate microservices and event driven integrations Engineer new capabilities to the OpenShift Platform, and deliver those capabilities in a fully automated and supportable fashionMaintain the security, stability, and performance of the OpenShift Container platformsResearching and implementing ways to automateUnderstand complex systems and how to troubleshoot and make them highly availableWork with virtual / in-person teams, and work under pressure / to a deadlineCommunicate technical concepts to non-technical audienceBest practices knowledge around building a supportable repeatable k8s cluster with deployed applications Requirements:Strong understanding of network and container/Linux security related to k8s3 + years of experience in developing infrastructure as code using Terraform3 + years of working with Splunk and dashboard creation3+ years of working in an agile environment (Jira, Confluence)3+ years’ experience of working with RedHat Linux RHEL 6/7/8, Kubernetes observability / logging - Grafana, Prometheus3+ years working with CI/CD application deployment experience.3+ years of experience upgrading and patching a k8s cluster and applications in the cluster Basic Qualifications:5+ years of experience in OpenShift3 + years of Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift)3 + years working with Ansible Playbook and Ansible Tower Other Desired Qualifications:Dark site k8s experience / knowledgeFamiliar with technical support tracks and research in RedHat/IBMSelf-motivated and pro-active personNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
