Proficiency in PowerBI and Qlikview administration. Strong understanding of application onboarding, setups, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with AppDynamics, Autosys, and SSIS. Knowledge on MS SQL server administration. Experience in providing support on SFTP and troubleshooting related issues. Proficiency in PowerShell automation. Key Responsibilities: Manage Windows and Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and security. Handle PowerBI and Qlikview administration, ensuring data availability and integrity. Onboard vendor applications, handle setups, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Utilize AppDynamics for application performance monitoring and troubleshooting. Implement PowerShell automation for various infrastructure tasks. Support MS SQL Server administration for database management and support. Provide support on SFTP and troubleshoot related issues. Manage SSL certificates, track vulnerable items, and implement remediation plans. Handle network management using Proxy, DNS, and Load Balancers. Demonstrate knowledge on Openshift for container orchestration. Implement and adhere to IT Service Management principles for efficient service delivery.
