As an Payroll Manager, you will report to the Director of Payroll/HRIS. 

What You'll Do

Oversee end to end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions and benefit administration. Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations and statutory requirements.  Main accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves and personal information. Collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, Operations and other departments to gather and validate employee/payroll information.  Oversee and process all new hire, terminations, promotions and other employee status changes in the payroll system to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Manage a department of 6 which includes payroll administrators as well as Payroll Data Reps. Monitor and resolve payroll discrepancies, investigating and resolving issues promptly and accurately.  Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll by providing excellent customer service and support.  Maintain confidentiality and data security standards for all payroll related information.  Stay up to date on payroll regulations, tax laws and industry trends, implementing any necessary changes to ensure compliance and best practice. Perform additional tasks as requested by leadership

What You'll Have

Basic Qualifications

10+ years' experience in payroll management. In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, taxation and statutory compliance. Experience in handling payroll audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.  Excellent understanding of financial principals and ability to reconcile payroll with financial records.  Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex payroll calculation data.  Good organizational and time management skills to meet strict payroll deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve issues efficiently. High level of integrity and demonstrate ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and maintain a high level of discretion. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Ability to accomplish assignments without need of close supervision and be diplomatic in interpersonal dealings.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant professional certification in payroll management such as CPP.  Knowledge of multi state payroll processing. SAP Knowledge highly preferred Success Factor knowledge highly preferred Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices related to payroll. Ability to adapt to changing payroll regulations and implement necessary updates.
