About the roleThe GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a East Coast Sales Account Manager to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. You’ll drive new business, build strong partnerships with leading retail and wholesale accounts, and shape regional sales strategies that deliver real impact. Working closely with the US Sales Director, you’ll lead negotiations, represent us within the beauty industry, and help us smash ambitious growth targets.Strategic New Business Development Identify, target, and secure high-potential retail and wholesale partners, with a focus on bricks-and-mortar expansion. Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new business acquisition across the East Coast. Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals with major accounts. Work closely with Commercial Planning team to identify opportunities for B&M growth Relationship Management & Growth Build and nurture senior-level relationships with key decision-makers at major retail chains, salons and distributors. Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnership growth. Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, drive category growth, and maximise in-store presence. Drive re-order plan through intelligent CRM and driving customer relationships Regional Sales Leadership Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform regional sales strategies. Provide regular, data-driven sales forecasts and performance reports to the US Sales Director. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and executive meetings, acting as a brand ambassador. About you: You’re a dynamic sales leader with strong relationship‑building skills and a sharp commercial mindset. You excel at driving growth, negotiating at senior levels, and turning regional opportunities into lasting partnerships Extensive experience in senior account management, business development, or sales leadership roles, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors. Demonstrated success in winning and growing major bricks-and-mortar retail and wholesale accounts. Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills at the executive level. Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to deliver against ambitious sales targets. Experience in developing and executing regional sales strategies. Excellent analytical, organisational, and project management skills. Ability to travel extensively across the East Coast as required.
