Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description: 

As an Administrative Support Specialist your duties are key to the Agencies success You will learn to;

Provide customer support by, greeting customers, posting payments, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and determining the needs of the customerProcessing and scanning all incoming mail; preparing and processing outgoing mailSupporting Account Managers with special projects and client development

Qualifications 

Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented, excellent follow-throughDemonstrable experience with Windows, Outlook, Word and, Excel. Excellent keyboarding skills and overall computer skillsAbility to organize, prioritize and self-manage workload in digital workflows Office/administrative experience is preferred but not requiredHigh School Diploma/GED Required, Associates Degree preferred
