The Role: Job Summary:We’re offering a competitive salary of $3,500 to $4,000 a month for our next Project ManagerAs our Project Manager, your role will be to lead the organization of critical client projects. You’ll be managing people and procedures to ensure the timely delivery of our projects and the delivery the results you desire. You will be responsible for everything related to project organization and scheduling.Benefits:Health insurancePerformance bonusPaid leaveFlexible work arrangements with the possibility of work-from-home – good for single parents, women, minorities, etc.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinate internal resources and external contractors for the successful completion of projectsDeliver projects on time, within scope and budgetDevelop project scope and objectives, including all stakeholders and technical feasibilityEnsure availability and allocation of resourcesDevelop a comprehensive project plan to monitor progressUse appropriate verification methods to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and systemsReport and escalate to management when necessaryManage the relationship with clients and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to reduce project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with external contractorsDevelop and maintain detailed project documentationIdeal Profile: Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, preferably in computer science or engineeringProven work experience as a project manager in the IT sectorSolid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management toolsPMP / PRINCE II certification is a plusWhat's on Offer?Work in a company with a solid track record of performanceLeadership RoleOpportunity to make a positive impact
