Business Development Executive- Staffing

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Staffing & Contractor Services)Location: Onsite or Remote (Windham NH)Employment Type: Full-TimeOverview:We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Business Development Executive with experience in the staffing and contractor services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client acquisition, relationship building, and workforce solutions, with a proven ability to drive growth and expand market presence. This role offers flexibility for candidates to work either onsite or remotely, depending on location and preference.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in staffing and contractor placement across key industriesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their workforce needs and providing tailored staffing solutionsDevelop strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and KPIsPartner with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery of client requirementsConduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new service opportunitiesNegotiate contracts and pricing agreements with prospective and existing clientsMaintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM toolsRepresent the company at networking events, virtual meetings, and industry conferences (as applicable)Requirements:2+ years of experience in business development or sales within the staffing, recruitment, or contractor services industryStrong understanding of contingent workforce solutions, staffing models, and employment complianceExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationshipsComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Qualifications:Experience in IT, Engineering, and Life Sciences staffingEstablished network of industry contacts or previous client portfolioBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldCompensation:Competitive base salary + performance-based commissionFlexible work scheduleOption to work onsite or remotelyAbout PrecisionPrecision Talent Group is a WBE (Woman-Owned Business Enterprise) with a leadership team that brings over 50 years of direct recruiting and program staffing experience in the areas of and Life Sciences and Healthcare.
