Lead Capital Formation for America's Hottest Real Estate Market Spearhead fundraising for a high-growth land investment platform targeting the explosive Texas market expansion. Position Overview:  We're seeking a results-driven Director of Capital Markets to lead fundraising efforts across institutional, family office, and high-net-worth channels. You'll shape our capital strategy and drive growth for current and future fund offerings. Key Responsibilities Capital Raising & Investor Relations Lead all fundraising efforts for our Texas land fund Build relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and HNW individuals Execute fundraising roadmaps and deliver compelling investor presentations Host investor updates, webinars, and events to maintain engagement Strategic Leadership Identify new capital channels domestically and internationally Collaborate on fund structure, terms, and capital strategy Monitor market trends to inform positioning and communication Marketing & Team Building Oversee pitch decks, PPMs, and marketing materials Ensure regulatory compliance (SEC, FINRA) Build and manage capital markets team as fund scales Qualifications 5+ years in capital raising, investment banking, private equity, or real estate fundraising Proven track record raising capital from institutional and HNW investors Deep knowledge of real estate PE, land development, or infrastructure investment Strong U.S. investor network, particularly Texas/Southwest Exceptional communication and presentation skills Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CFA preferred FINRA licenses a plus What We Offer Competitive base + performance bonus tied to fundraising success Equity participation/carried interest potential Full benefits package + flexible work environment  capital raising, fund,dfwHR is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
