We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Work From Home Customer Service Representative to assist clients with their insurance needs. You will provide product recommendations, ensure a seamless customer experience, and work independently while meeting sales and service goals. This role is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented, self-driven, and eager to develop their careers in a growing industry. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to insurance products. Provide accurate information and recommend suitable insurance solutions.Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow up as necessary.Achieve sales and customer service goals while working remotely.Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.Requirements: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
