It works with the business to improve the way the business runs and in turn, ensures a positive customer experience. By providing business leaders with the financial and operational insights they need, this team plays a vital role in delivering the exceptional services and experiences Spectrum is known for.BE PART OF THE CONNECTIONAs a Data Analyst, you’ll manage specific data and reporting to better assist management in maximizing resources in various departments or lines of business.WHAT OUR DATA ANALYSTS ENJOY MOSTConducting data analysis in support of analytic solutionsCapturing, developing, and documenting data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirementsIntegrating data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elementsDeveloping reports and deliverables for management and communicating with all levels of stakeholdersIdentifying and defining data quality improvementsCreating and maintaining report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resourcesEnsuring compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysisOn a typical day you’ll be responsible for producing, reports, ad hoc requests, and dashboards to provide insights in determining operational impact, trends, and opportunities. You’ll continually expand your knowledge and develop skills while growing your career with Spectrum.WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUMRequired QualificationsExperience: Data analysis and reporting or related experience: 2 years or moreEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experienceSkills: Demonstrated knowledge of SQL; knowledge of Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, etc.).Abilities: Work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment; quickly identify business problems & opportunities; manage multiple projects simultaneously; effective written and verbal communication skills.Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weeklyPreferred QualificationsExperience: Data visualization tools such as Power BI or TableauSkills: Advanced Excel - pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulasKnowledge: Understanding of regression and statistical analysis; working knowledge of Python for data analysis and modeling BDA352 2025-62538 2025 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
