This full-time position focuses on helping individuals and families protect what matters most by offering tailored Property & Casualty insurance solutions. If you’re driven, enjoy building relationships, and want to grow your career with a supportive Utah-based agency, this role offers a dynamic environment with the opportunity to make a real impact.Responsibilities:• Solicit new business through phone calls, networking, and other lead sources.• Develop insurance quotes, present policies, and close sales.• Build and maintain relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other referral sources.• Stay current on new products and industry trends.• Grow your sales revenue through phone, email, and client prospecting.• Follow up on leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing efforts, and cold calling.• Present and explain insurance options based on prospective clients' needs and goals.• Provide clients with information about new products and servicesRequirements:• Willingness to learn and be coachable.• Strong self-starter with a sense of urgency.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused.• Property & Casualty license is preferred (license assistance available).• Life Insurance license is not required but must be willing to obtain (license assistance available).• Must be able to pass a background check. Flexible work from home options available.
