This role is ideal for someone who thrives in rapidly evolving landscapes, balancing technical execution with strategic planning. You will work cross-functionally to align engineering efforts with business goals, streamline Agile processes, and remove roadblocks to accelerate delivery. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong leadership, and a passion for scaling processes in dynamic environments.Also, we believe employees are better together.
