From sleek in-home theaters to fully connected estates, they help clients elevate their spaces through innovation, design, and expert craftsmanship.Job Summary:We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative with a passion for design, relationship-building, and bringing spaces to life through light. In this role, you’ll represent Lighting Design, Fixture Sales, and Lighting Controls services to a high-end client base that includes builders, architects, and interior designers.You’ll tap into client's established network—meeting clients at their offices, job sites, and over business lunches—to present solutions that combine aesthetics, function, and innovation. Along with design services, you’ll also sell lighting fixtures, shades, draperies, and other premium products for luxury residential and commercial projects.To support your success, we’re offering a $12,000 sign-on bonus, paid out in $4,000 installments every two months over your first six months, giving you time to ramp up as commissions start coming in. As you build your pipeline and become familiar with our lighting solutions, you’ll also take on new business development responsibilities—prospecting new clients typically between your 90- to 180-day mark.What We Offer:$60,000 base salary + uncapped commissions: 4% commission up to $2M in sales, 5% from $2M–$3M, 5.5% for $3M+$12,000 sign-on bonus paid in $4,000 installments every two months during your first six months$300 monthly car allowance + gas card$100 monthly cell phone stipendComprehensive health benefitsPaid Time OffEmployee discounts401(k) with company matchCompany laptop providedExciting, high-end residential projectsSupportive, laid-back team cultureLong-term stability and growth opportunities (20+ years in business)Ongoing training and professional developmentEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with builders, architects, designers, and contractors within assigned territory.Present and sell lighting design services, fixtures, controls, and related products for residential and commercial projects.Meet regularly with clients at offices, job sites, and networking events to understand project needs and offer tailored lighting solutions.Manage the full sales cycle—from proposal and design coordination to order fulfillment and client follow-up.Collaborate closely with internal design, operations, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably within lighting, design, construction, or related industries.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a B2B or project-based environment.Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to client sites and meetings.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
