Project Patch is an Idaho State licensed and The Joint Commission accredited faith-based Adolescent Residential Treatment Center Our successful candidate will: Conduct individual crisis counseling/therapy, group counseling, family counseling, and teach DBT  (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) as their primary duties. Implement Trauma-Informed Care in sessions and support TIC facility-wide (training provided). Provide weekly communication with parents through email or phone calls. Field phone and email inquiries from parents/guardians. Supervise family visits. Project Patch is a non-profit Christian-based residential treatment center for adolescents aged 12-17. Children attend our program because they are starting to make unhealthy decisions, and community-based interventions have not been successful. Our program is licensed by the State of Idaho as a Child Residential Treatment program for up to 40 clients and employs 40 staff.
