We are consistently named a Top Workplace by our employees and genuinely care where you are in your career path.Our high value rewards package:* Company funded pension* DailyPay: Access your money when you want it* Industry-leading 360 You ™ benefits program* Company paid emotional health and wellness support for you and your family* Adoption assistance* Access to Ramsey SmartDollarCertain benefits may vary based on your employment status.What you'll do in this role:* Provide consistent professional music therapy in accordance with company protocols and accepted certification practices* Effectively inform and educate our patients, staff, and facility partners about music therapy* Establish therapy objectives as part of the patient assessment* Plan, review, and assess therapy sessions to monitor effectiveness and to aid in the planning of subsequent sessions* Take an active role in sessions by playing instruments, singing, and listening* Encourage patients to take part in the session and support them by responding musically and improvising with music as a reaction to what the client is communicating to give comfort during the last stages of life* Support the patient's creative development and facilitate positive changes in their behavior and well-beingWe are looking for compassionate Hospice Music Therapist with:* Bachelor of Music Therapy degree* Current Board certified (MT-BC) credential according to U. S.
