We’re hiring a route-based Customer Service Rep who’s equal parts service pro + relationship builder.Why you’ll like it hereYou’re not stuck at a desk — your route is your territoryStrong training + support (you won’t be thrown to the wolves)Real impact: you help customers stay stocked, solve issues fast, and make their week easierWhat you’ll doDeliver/pick up linens & supplies; verify tickets and collect signaturesManage customer inventory levels (keep them stocked—not buried)Use mobile tools to document service, routes, and updatesHandle customer issues professionally (fix what you can, escalate what you can’t)Identify add-ons that genuinely help customers (mats, paper/soap, aprons, etc.)Collect payments when needed and keep documentation accurateDrive safely, complete pre/post-trip inspections, and support our safety cultureYou’re a fit if you areFriendly, organized, and accountableComfortable working independently and talking with customers dailyDetail-minded with inventory, paperwork, and follow-throughRequirementsValid driver’s license; comfortable driving a box truck (training provided)Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs repeatedlyComfortable using mobile apps dailyBackground check + drug screening required for fleet driversPaid weekend coverage (when assigned) On-call hours: Sat/Sun 8:00am–4:30pmWe offer Route Sales Drivers:Base Salary of $67,724.80 plus commissionsFull-time, stable workMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401K with Employer MatchPaid Time Off and Holiday PayA Fun and Exciting Work EnvironmentGrowth and advancement opportunitiesApply with your resume and a quick note: “What does great service look like when nobody’s watching?”
