Customer Service Representative Route & Customer Success Join to apply for the Customer Service Representative Route & Customer Success role at State University of New York - System New System | Full-Time | Route-Based (Box Truck) New System is a family-owned linen rental company serving restaurants and medical/dental partners across the Pacific Northwest. Were hiring a route-based Customer Service Rep whos equal parts service pro + relationship builder. Why youll like it here Youre not stuck at a desk your route is your territory Strong training + support (you wont be thrown to the wolves) Real impact: you help customers stay stocked, solve issues fast, and make their week easier What Youll Do Deliver/pick up linens & supplies; verify tickets and collect signatures Manage customer inventory levels (keep them stockednot buried) Use mobile tools to document service, routes, and updates Handle customer issues professionally (fix what you can, elevate what you cant) Identify add?ons that genuinely help customers (mats, paper/soap, aprons, etc.) Collect payments when needed and keep documentation accurate Drive safely, complete pre/post?trip inspections, and support our safety culture Youre a fit if you are Friendly, organized, and accountable Comfortable working independently and talking with customers daily Detail?minded with inventory, paperwork, and follow?through Requirements Valid drivers license; comfortable driving a box truck (training provided) Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly Comfortable using mobile apps daily Background check + drug screening required for fleet drivers Paid weekend coverage (when assigned) On?call hours: Sat/Sun 8:00am4:30pm We Offer Base Salary of $67,724.80 plus commissions Full?time, stable work Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401K with Employer Match Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay A Fun and Exciting Work Environment Growth and advancement opportunities Apply with your resume and a quick note: What does great service look like when nobodys watching? #J-18808-Ljbffr
