Sales Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Hybrid) Location: Richmond, CA Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay rate: $22- $25/HR Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator. This hybrid role is the backbone of our sales support, responsible for processing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), creating and processing purchase orders and orders, scheduling deliveries, and providing critical administrative support to our sales team. The ideal candidate has experience with SAP (a plus), strong MS Office skills (especially Excel), and enjoys a variety of data entry and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities: Process EDI transactions and maintain accurate records. Create, review, and process purchase orders and customer orders. Schedule and coordinate deliveries in collaboration with internal and external teams. Support sales team with administrative tasks, including customer communication, reporting, and document management. Perform data entry and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and sales documentation. Utilize SAP system for order tracking and processing (preferred, training available). Work closely with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Previous experience in sales coordination, order processing, or a similar administrative role preferred. Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience with SAP is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
