In this role, you will partner with senior leadership, engineering, product, and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale AI/ML initiatives aligned with Xometry’s strategic goals. You will bring structure to chaos, foster collaboration, and ensure programs are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong business acumen, and deep expertise in managing sophisticated AI/ML projects in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end management of large-scale, cross-functional programs that align with the company’s strategic priorities.Drive program planning, from concept through to execution and post-launch analysis.Partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Operations, and Finance teams to set realistic project goals, timelines, and milestones.Implement robust project management processes and frameworks that enhance execution speed, transparency, and accountability.Lead risk management and mitigation strategies to proactively identify and address roadblocks or delays.Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives, ensure alignment across teams, and manage stakeholder expectations.Provide clear, concise, and actionable communication on project progress, risks, and outcomes to executive teams.Drive continuous improvement in project execution and process management, leveraging data to inform decision-making.Foster a high-performance culture across teams, ensuring alignment to company goals and maintaining high morale in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
