Product Sales Support Specialist | Customer Service

Product Sales Support Specialist Pay Rate: $24 – 25/hr, depending on experience Job Duties: Work with Sales Support and Outside Sales Teams to configure products to fit customer specifications. Research materials needed for customer projects and design build requirements. Make modifications to in-stock filtration units, to meet build requirements. Provide excellent service and technical support by researching what replacement parts are needed to resolve issues, both mechanical and electrical, for customers. Manage and maintain rental fleet of filtration systems. Collaborate with customers and freight carriers to prepare shipping documents for special projects and international shipments. Receive incoming shipments and ensure accurate documentation of all products. Backup to Warehouse Manager when needed: Prepare orders for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, always adhering to safety standards. Work as a team as needed to help the organization grow. Proactively help with tasks and projects where there is a need or deficiency that may be outside of your standard duties. Provide a strong customer experience to external and internal customers, to grow business and support the local team. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred or 2 years' experience in a technical role Strong relationship / communication skills, both written and verbal Working knowledge of 365 and Adobe.
