As a member of our team, you'll provide customers with the parts they need for their trucks, answer inquiries, and support the shop in keeping things running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Assist customers (retail and shop) in selecting parts in a friendly and efficient mannerAnswer phone calls, provide price quotes, and offer product informationPull and fill orders from stock and notify the parts manager of out-of-stock itemsHandle special orders and follow up on back-ordered partsProcess retail payments and ensure customers receive accurate invoicesMaintain clean and organized work areas at the counterWork closely with service advisors to ensure accurate parts billingStay current on new products and product updates through training programsMaintain a professional appearance and promote a safe work environmentQualifications & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent (GED)One-year certificate from college or technical school (preferred)2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceValid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company standardsASE Certification or Medium/Heavy Truck Parts Specialist Certification (preferred)Why Work at Hunter Truck?Hunter Truck is more than just a dealership – it’s a place where long-term relationships are built.
