Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns. Coordinate care plans with providers and ensure timely follow-ups. Verify patient insurance and assist with prior authorizations. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the EMR system. Take and record vital signs. Qualifications: A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or Medical Assistant is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
