We’re seeking a dynamic Healthcare Applications Manager with deep Meditech or other EHR expertise to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of clinical and administrative software systems for a health center in Watertown, NY. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation and ongoing support of healthcare software systems, with a strong focus on Meditech. Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and administrative teams to ensure systems align with operational needs. Manage application upgrades, patches, and system integrations. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions. Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to application support staff. Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards in all application processes. Serve as a project lead for system improvements and expansions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education and experience. Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in healthcare software implementation and support. Strong proficiency with Meditech or other EHR systems is required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines. Professional demeanor with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with proven problem-solving skills and strong judgment. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and adaptability to new responsibilities.
