This growing critical access hospital is proud to deliver excellent, compassionate and personalized care to the people of south central Iowa.This opportunity calls for a visionary physician leader who can actively bring new technologies to the hospital, drive innovation and elevate healthcare delivery and the patient experience. The CMO will oversee medical staff, lead the Hospitalist Program, and direct the Rural Health Clinic, Anesthesia, and Respiratory Therapy departments. Additionally, the CMO will play a crucial role in supervising, recruiting, and mentoring providers while building strong relationships within the hospital and the community.
